ClientFlow is a completely digital service. There is no physical product delivery. When you purchase a subscription, you get instant access to the service. We offer a FREE tier and 14-day FREE trial so you can try before you buy. Additionally, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid invoice.

1. Digital Service Delivery

ClientFlow is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. Our services are provided entirely online.

  • Your account is activated instantly after payment is confirmed
  • All features are accessible through your web browser
  • Mobile access is available through responsive design
  • There is no physical shipping or delivery process

2. Activation Time

Payments made by credit card or debit card are processed instantly. Pro features become active within seconds after payment confirmation.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you continue to use the service until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation only stops future automatic renewals.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid invoice. After 14 days, or for any subsequent renewal payments, all sales are final, but unused balance is converted to account credit applicable to future renewals.

5. How to Cancel

Log into your account

Sign in to your ClientFlow account using your email and password.

Go to Subscription settings

Navigate to [email protected] or go to Settings > Subscription in your dashboard to manage your plan.

Click Cancel Subscription

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

6. Data After Cancellation

Your data is not deleted when you cancel your subscription. Your account becomes "deactivated" and all your customer, payment, and reminder data is preserved.

  • You can reactivate your account by logging in again anytime
  • You can switch to the free plan (5 customer limit)
  • Your data is stored for at least 12 months
  • Contact support for permanent deletion
